Столкнулся с такой вот ошибкой, фото №1. ESP malfunction visit workshop.
Так же при ошибки плавали сильно обороты,
как на ссылке тут.
Машина не реагировала на газ, и не работала ESP!
В первый раз ошибка появилась пол года назад и пропала, подумал глюк!
И вот неделю назад появилась снова=(( и уже выскакивала через день стабильно=((
Пообщавшись с Sashh23 у которого уже была конкретная проблема, он подсказал мне как ее решить, за что ему огромное СПАСИБО! Так как оригинальная такая коробочка,
стоит в районе 40 тыс, а BOSCH 27! что тоже не кисло…
А решил всю проблему за 2 часа, чистил кстати очистителем для впускного тракта.
Под напором баллона вся грязь мигом канула в лету =)) после того почистил еще палочками для ушей, что бы наверняка!)) ну и на фото отметил ДО и ПОСЛЕ…

Система ESP неисправна, обратитесь в сервис.
На всякий случай попробуйте отюстировать систему повернув руль от упора до упора на стоящей машине.
А заводить надо машину, или просто крутонуть до упора?
На холостом ходу, конечно.
Здравствуйте, подскажите пожалуйста, сделал компьютерную диагностику, оказалось что проблема в дроссельной заслонке, т.к. автомобиль ушёл в аварийный режим и отключил ESP. Предложили заменить её, цена 50000 руб только заслонки. Вчера замучило любопытство, снял заслонку, а она вся в масле, не просто в масляной пыли, а между прокладкой патрубка и шторкой заслонки была лужа масла. Соответственно выдавалась ошибка. Почистил, промыл. Завёл. Из патрубка который идёт откуда-то снизу на дроссельную заслонку полетела масляная пыль. Вопрос — что может быть? Неужели я попал на кольца?

I am facing an issue regarding the ESP on my C230 kompressor 2005:
When i turn on the car: the esp seems to be working fine (no error on the screen and no exclamation light on the dashboard).
when i drive the car, the first 10-15 meters the ESP is working fine, untill it stops working fine, and gives me a msg on the dashboard. i can’t turn OFF when i press the ESP button. the thing is that within these 10 meters if i try spin the wheels, the esp work and prevent the wheels from spinnig, which is something good, and means that the esp system is fine, after the error msg the wheels spins and get me back 20 years when i first had my Volvo .
Weird Facts: Sometimes really rare like 2% of the time and out of no where, the error msg is showing on the screen, and the ESP works fine as long as i am on the same trip (if i dont turn off the engine), when i turn off the engine and restart it, the edp goes off.
Helpful facts: my wheels are slightly miss aligned to the right been trying to align them, didn’t work, i changed the rims and the tires, didn’t work.
can anyone give me steps to diagnose the problem ?

I would look in to this. If there is something bent it could trigger the malfunction.

Agree. For ESP to work the suspension and steering needs to be in good shape, tires the same size all around and properly inflated. If all of that checks out then it’s time to get the codes read to see what it’s complaining about.
The symptoms sound similar to an intermittently failing lateral acceleration sensor I had last year. My ESP has been working fine since I replaced it.

Sounds like it could be a number of things.
First step is to have the car in for a proper alignment at quality shop. Did you have a good shop with a quality alignment machine do it? Cheapest and easiest way before replacing anything again. I am 99% sure your steering angel sensor is giving you this due to poor alignment. At least that is the most common issue. What wheels/tires did you replace the old ones with? Sometimes if you go too large it could also throw a code as well.
-Get a second alignment opinion
-Check the entire suspension
-Check tire pressure
-Check for a bent rim
