Коротенькая запись, по одной мелочёвке…
Рассказываю, уже как 1,5 года пользуюсь форсунками "G", но потянуло на перемены… да и причины были, одна форсунка недавно стала подтекать, что на скорости +80 км/ч добавляло стабильные ложные брызги… да и расход у них изначально немного больше, чем на родных "инопланетянах".
Сейчас решил попробовать другое изделие, а именно форсунки омывателя от Chevrolet Niva BERTONE, код детали GM 00001-7504676-00-0.
Они тоже веерные, да и цена демократичная — 60 рублей 44 копейки за 1 штучку =)
По установке как всегда, элементарно — вытащил шланги, протёр грязь, поставил новые, вернул шланги на место… и вот собственно всё готово!

For this purpose, a hose from Chevrolet Lanos was picked up and bought.
Also clips that will hold the hose without any clamps.
Instead of a connector, a non-return valve was installed.
The procedure is as follows:
-Remove the bottom 3 clips on the upholstery of the hood
-show the old transparent "Zhiguli" hose
-remove the nozzles old
-We put the new injectors, I did not cut anything and did not file, holding the metal of the hood from the inside, so as not to bend, snapping in the new jets.
-New hose, removing the clips from it beforehand
-Sat the hose and dress the clips
— Remove the connector from the dan-hose and replace it with a Toyota return valve and hide under the frame
-clamp the clips and attach the hose as needed, I shifted the hose
What we have?
-Now the real fan omyvayki!
-Now the hose is in its place and does not hang like an extra piece
-Now, as soon as the omyvayka is served, the wipers just start moving, and the omyvayka is already on the glass, evenly distributed
-Now everything looks finished and is staffed, my perfectionism is temporarily uzbagoen)))

The fan is clear and all over the glass, it hits the top edge, which will be the speed! For "worried" nozzles are regulated)
Yes, the clamps for fixing the nozzles did not, everything stood up clearly, without podpilov !
Installed the same nozzles fan on another SX4, everything snaps into place and works.
The only thing is, the nozzles need to be turned slightly to each other, so that the extra vial does not fly to the side)

Давно были мысли перейти на веерные жиклёры омывателя лобового стекла, да как то руки не доходили.
В итоге были наконец заказаны и куплены жиклёры от Шнивы.

Ну и сразу стоит перейти к вопросу установки.
Открываем капот, отщёлкиваем нижние пистоны, которые держат "шумку" капота.
Сдёргиваем резиновые трубки (я делал "на прогретом двигателе", иначе зимой есть шанс повредить резину)
Аккуратно сжимаем усики родных жиклёров, и освобождаем их.
Bolt ON — не получился.
Новые жиклёры просто так не полезут.
Я взял канцелярский нож и подрезал направляющие. (предварительно сняв резинки, что бы не повредить их)
После этого зашло всё замечательно, НО жиклёр вращался вокруг своей оси.
Что бы избежать этого недуга, в дело пошли пластиковые стяжки.
